  • Salt Nitriding (0.1 mm to 0.2 mm depth)
  • Gas Nitriding (0.05 mm to 0.15 mm depth)
  • Gas Nitriding – Increased Depth (0.2 mm to 0.3 mm depth)
  • Duplex AlTiCrN PVD Coating (0.1 mm to 0.15 mm nitriding + 5–8 micron PVD coating)

Heat Treatment:

  • Vacuum Heat Treatment with Triple Tempering for enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

These processes enhance hardness, wear resistance, and thermal stability, ensuring extended tool life.
